Old Riverside Foundation offers a members-only grant program to assist owners of structures built prior to 1970 in Riverside, in maintaining the architectural integrity and preserving the heritage of the city’s older homes and buildings. The following guidelines have been established by the board of ORF to provide for the administration of the grant program.

Restoration and assistance grants are awarded annually in the fall of each calendar year to eligible projects. The awards are presented during the organization’s annual membership meeting. The total grant pool this year is $10,000. The maximum individual award is $2,500. The recipients are determined by a vote of the board of directors, upon the recommendation of the Grants committee.
