Old Riverside Foundation offers realtors an inspiring platform to highlight their old house listings. Big or small, we don’t care – just as long as it’s more than 50 years old! All you need to do is send a quick email to [email protected] with a description, three or four preview pictures, and a link to your MLS listing so potential buyers can follow up and see all the details and pictures. We will then work with you to create a blog post on our website and our social media sites that will help drive interested buyers to you.

The fee for this service is a tax-deductible $199 donation to Old Riverside Foundation, due only once the home has sold. For further value, we include a one-year $100 Friend membership for the home buyer. The benefits of the Friend level membership include our quarterly newsletter, eligibility for our generous Restoration Grant program, and two free tickets to our annual Vintage Home Tour.
